Tender Heart Mini Ritual

At Divine Zenergies, each product is handcrafted with care and intention. I want you to love your order and feel good about every purchase you make. Because items are handmade and customized, I handle returns and refunds with care on a case-by-case basis.

🌸 Aromatherapy + Skincare Products

Because these blends are crafted with pure oils and natural ingredients, I can’t accept returns once they’ve been opened. You may request a replacement or refund if:

• The wrong product was received

• Your item arrived broken, leaking, or empty

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I’ll make it right.

💧 Allergies + Sensitivities

All ingredients are lovingly listed so you can make the best choices for your body and energy. Since everyone’s skin and spirit respond differently, I’m unable to automatically issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If something doesn’t feel aligned, please reach out — I’d love to create a custom blend that better supports your unique energy.

🕊️ How to Reach Me

To request a replacement or refund, please email divinezenergies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief note about what happened, and a photo if something arrived damaged. I’ll respond within 2–3 business days to bring everything back into balance.

Each Divine Zenergies order is packed with care, intention, and a little bit of magic ✨

In-stock items (non-custom) typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom creations are made especially for you and will ship as soon as they’re complete. Because timing depends on the nature of your custom piece, I’ll stay in close contact throughout the process so you always know when to expect your order.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
